I want to learn more about the medical field. I am very fascinated in the science aspects. You need to be attentive; sensitive to people’s needs and have a drive to address their needs in an utmost concerned manner. It is one of those jobs that require long working hours and often one must overlook one’s needs and cater to patients. I am a sensitive and very hard-working individual.
In conclusion there is many opportunities offered but i believe South Texas College was the best choice for me in my future education. My main goal while attending Baylor would be to achieve the best education possible and improve myself as a person, as well as grow stronger in my faith. I am looking to become a Pre-Nursing student and I have heard that Baylor contains one of the best medical programs in this area, prompting it to be on the top of my list of potential colleges. One of the main reasons i was drawn to Baylor is it’s strong Baptist roots. I am a strong Christian and I strive to be the salt and light of the world, as Jesus called us to be. I see great potential for Baylor to help me grow in my faith while also preparing me for my future career.
I am originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama where I attended Tuscaloosa County high school. Most of my high school career was spent playing golf so it was the chief decider when I was picking my first college. I did not come to UWA right away, I took the long way to get there, after transferring several times I found myself at UWA after my sophomore year. Coming to UWA was by far the best decision I have ever made, it allowed me to explore multiple opportunities academically, get involved with organizations on and off campus, and allow me to see what it means to be me! While at UWA I found my calling in the form of a degree called Integrated Marketing Communications, this decision did not come quickly though as it was my 5th and final declared
I decided to pursue a degree in Finance following the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, which had a powerful effect on both my country and my life. After taking an advanced history course that covered the biggest economic decline of the 20th Century – the Great Depression – I became acutely aware of how an economic crisis can have a devastating impact on global infrastructure. My continued desire to understand the hidden contributive factors behind these downfalls led me to read Akerlof’s and Schiller’s Animal Spirits. This book, which humanizes the subject and challenges conventional theories about economic collapse and recovery, taught me to consider how human psychology and primal group instincts can drive the trajectory of economic development as much as, if not more than, the machinations of banking and politicking. My intrigue having grown to outright passion, I continued my quest for knowledge by reading more related material, such as The Economist and The Wall Street Jurnal. The book Freakonomics, in particular, was of great interest to me, as it explored the obfuscated and s...
As the population of the United States increases, the demand for skilled nurses does also. After comparing Sam Houston State University, University of texas at San Antonio, and Texas A&M University, based on my criteria of tuition costs, location, and the enrollment requirements, Sam Houston University would be the best choice in helping me pursue a career as a Gerontological nurse specialist. Being in the field of nursing takes a lot of time and effort, but can be a great career to pursue after college.
Learning is a continuous process and the day that you stop learning is the day that you start decreasing your rewards and lower levels of satisfaction. My ardent desire to acquire knowledge has motivated me to pursue higher studies at graduate level, and to take up a career in research in industry. I have taken this decision after carefully considering my academic background, profound interest in research and strong aptitude for problem solving.
I was raised by a mother who dropped out of college after her first semester and a grandmother who only had a third grade education. Both women taught me how important education was and to continue learning as much as I can. Despite raising seven children alone, my grandmother eventually earned her GED and took several college courses to show her children how important education was. My mother returned to college 20 years after dropping out and earned her a Master’s Degree in Human Services. The determination I saw in them is the reason I decided to continue my education and pursue graduate studies. After six years of work experience in the information technology industry, I have finally decided which field I would like to focus on. I’ve always had an interest in programming ever since taking a technology course in high school. I took what I learned in the course and applied it to the earlier social media sites, such as Blackplanet.com and Myspace.com. I realized that this was becoming a hobby as my friends would ask that I create the layouts for their personal pages using HTML.
If I could go anywhere in the world, it would be Louisiana. Because I could go to a LSU football game, go to the Mardi Gras parade, and go on the Honey Island swamp tour. All of these things are great to visit. What I would do first is go watch LSU play football. But that is just my opinion.
Having a firm resolve and the will to succeed, it is to this maxim that I attribute all my achievements to. I strongly feel that it is only with a sense of conviction and passion towards the endeavor can one attain success and it is this fascination for the field of Electronics and communication Engineering that makes me pursue my Masters Degree.

I ran away from Kathmandu School of Law in 2003 to join Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation under Ministry of Forest and Soil Conservation to work as a permanent employee in the post of park ranger. I did not do so, because I couldn’t afford the tuition fee. The school had rewarded me the scholarship that covered tuition fee, accommodation as well as other expenses. I ran away, because I had realized that my decision of switching from forestry to law had blurred my professional goal. Another reason behind doing so was my urgent obligation to earn some food for my starving parents.
As rightly said by Hippocrates “The life so short, the craft so long to learn”. I believe that a good mix of talent and dependability are a crucial and potent mix for success. Honing my skills with a Masters’ degree after completing my Bachelors’ Degree In Physiotherapy, I believe would help me develop an array of cross functional skills. Gaining technical expertise in the subject of physiotherapy and then whetting my skills during my internship, taught me to be precise and scrupulous towards every task at hand. Having successfully pursued this field for nearly 5 years, I believe that, if given a chance, these skills endow me with the knowledge to gain an opportunity to pursue higher studies at your prestigious university.
I was born in the city of Bangkok in Thailand as the youngest child of my family. I have one brother who is two years older than me. I am in the middle class family and my parents both are the workers of the bank. Since I was young, I had been cultivated to be careful about spending money and not wasting things. I attended the same primary school as my brother, in order to reuse used textbooks from my brother for saving money. In additon, it was easy for my parents to take us to school and pick us up after school. Because of the value of every Baht my parents have dedicated to my studies, I have always been hard-working and constantly tried my best for all opportunities I got. My National Test score was excellent, so I could enter the Satriwithaya School where is the one of the greatest girl’s school in Thailand. I had a chance to learn Mathematics-Chinese program for the secondary education. That was the starting point of my Chinese. I had been happy to study Chinese twice a week in the school. As the senior high school student, I was the school representative participating in many academic competitions and got some prizes. Although I studied French program, I have always been interested in Chinese. Thus, when I got the scholarship from Assumption University where is the most reputable private international university in Thailand, I did not hesitate to choose the Department of Business Chinese as my undergraduate course.
