Socialism and capitalism are antagonistic ideas of government in economics. Socialism and capitalism both debate equality in economics and what role the government plays. Furthermore,despite both concepts having various pros and cons , each concept has a main goal.

Socialism promotes positive concepts including social equality, economic equality, equal access to healthcare and politics,and also requires public education to a certain level.
