This has gone on for too long, and it needs to stop! The pigs have been treating us like slaves, like we are the dirt beneath their feet. We need to stand up for ourselves! They sit there and watch us on their nice comfy beds, just watching us work day in and day out, then they take all of our hard work for themselves giving us nothing in return. We don’t deserve to be treated like this! We do everything they say when they say it with no rights and no liberty. Is this how you want to live your lives? No rights, no freedom, no equality? I sure know that i don’t. The pigs are treating us unfairly and it is becoming unbearable. They are changing the 7 commandments right under our noses, now every amendment benefits nobody but them. He was our first leader before Napoleon took over. Old Major was wise and had the vision of an equal world for all animals to be together in peace. Somehow, over these past few years these commandments were miraculously changed to benefit the pigs. Before all this chaos Old Major once said, “No animal must live in a house, or sleep in a bed, or wear clothes, or drink alcohol, or smoke tobacco, or touch money, or engage in trade. All habits of man are evil. And, above all, no animal must tyrannise over his own kind. Weak or strong, clever or simple, we are all brothers. No animal must ever kill any other animal. All animals are equal” (Orwell 11). Now two of these rules have been changed. Now the commandments state, “No animal shall kill any other animal without cause” (91).
