Taking risks is what makes life interesting. Without risk, there can nearly never be triumph. Often, to stand up for what you believe is right, you take risks. That is exactly what my team and I had to do: take a risk and stand up for what is right. A key to setting the tone of a basketball game is how confident and cohesive we look. An aspect that can really boost the team’s esteem is how we look. That was the first year we decided to spend the extra money and get a full suit to run out that was made to impress. I remember the feeling when we opened the box and pulled out our suits. We were so excited to run out in them and impress the crowd, and the other team with how sharp we looked.
