Haven many leaders in one’s work history we come across some great leader who shines above the rest. Ms. Sandra Wigden, a leader who had all the quantities of a leader. Ms. Wigden vision to have the meals for the staff and residents to be ready on time and served at the proper temperature to ensure no one gets sick. Ms. Wigden set up food prep. Serving time for all area of the facility so when it was time for one unit to eat only that unit food will be prepared. Wigden is persistence about doing the task right the first time and the safety concept in safety to other. Ms. Wigden is vitality was strong. Be at work everyday stay late if she needs and encourages others to move forward. Sign up for classes to learn new aspects of the job. Ms. Wigden has the charisma to see the good in others where we see an inmate, MS. Wigden a person who can perform a task and get the job done Ms. Wigden was able to encourage the inmate worker to work with the staff no matter how hard some of us can be.In work with the inmate staff. Ms. Wigden has greater charisma dealing with correctional officers in helping hardworking inmate staff in staying out of trouble to keep their job. Ms. Wigden all ways wanted to do right by the inmate residence, never wanted to give them a cheap meal or cheat on the cost of food price or force the staff to work too much overtime. Ms. Wigden believes in her staff as well as the inmate staff that works with us. A Big part of Ms. Wigden great leadership is that she understood people and can work with anyone. A good thing to do is understand the task the supervisor has to get accomplished and the period he or she has to work with. Clashing with a show that a person is not willing to work as a team or show no respect for leadership. Others team members can think that you ate not willing to work with them or side with you and no task get carry out resorting to overtime or termination. There are ways to work with a supervisor you disagree with by speaking with the supervisor before or after work or in writing. It sometimes hard for a supervisor to change their leadership style, and the best thing we all can do work around it by carrying out the task the way they see fit and discussing the issue after the job is carried out. It best to work with a leader in their style and in time some leader will change their style to work with you but don’t expect it from all supervisor.
