Rough Draft Sadness is an important feeling various people have throughout their lifetime. Some experience it more than others causing it to become a disorder, or most commonly known as depression. The background to the fictional novel, “Where Things Come Back” by John Corey Whaley, is that the character go through many difficult conflicts such as isolation, sadness, and mortality.The perspective of sadness varies throughout different people, therefore it is important to understand others point of view.
