Gobias Industries is a company that is seeking to promote diversity amongst the organization and strives to be the best. However, it is seen that the company lacks certain criteria that may negatively impact them to the extent where they would need to shut down their facilities. The main issues Gobias Industries has faced is the harsh conditions employees have to work in that are most definitely safety hazards, Sexual harassment, and low retention rate. It is clear that Jim, Maria, Tracy and most of the employees are not satisfied with their experience with the company indicating that Gobias Industries must do something about it as soon as possible before they decide to leave as well. Based on presenting information, Mrs. William and Paul were included in the treatment process. However, Peter and the LCSW preselected sessions that families could attend. During the first session, the LCSW began by asking a question Peter what he wanted from agreeing to therapy. Peter responded that he wanted to “get help with managing stress, marital issues and communication tactics.” When asked how he would know that he was getting that helped, he said he would be relaxed at home, and sociable and his marriage will start to feel like a partnership again. Now, this was from an injury that should have caused months of painful rehab before running would have been possible, but here he was, sacrificing personal comforts, trying to get back to mission fitness. I’m writing a letter of concern for Mr. Todd Lee XXX-XX-1750 and for his health. I have personally been helping Mr. Lee for a year now and his health has gotten worse. I personally go to his camper on the land he lives weekly and make sure his is ok and that help him in things he isn’t able to do around the Camper that his uncle allows him to stay at. His living conditions are subpar due to the fact the camper is becoming unlivable. I have had many talks with Mr. Lee and I’m watching him loose weight even with my family helping feeding him and that he is on food stamps.

Boston (as well as much of America) was experiencing an epidemic of youth gun-homicide through the late 1980s and 1990s. The violence in Boston was mostly concentrated in the lower income inner city neighborhoods. “Youth homicide (ages 24 and under) in Boston increased 230% - from 22 victims in 1987 to 73 in 1990. Between 1991 and 1995, Boston averaged about 44 youth homicides a year.” (Kennedy). The approach Operation Ceasefire (The name of the Gun Policy) went with was a Problem oriented policing approach focusing on the concentrated areas where crime was more prevalent. Illicit gun trafficking and gang violence were main causes of the gun violence in Boston. These two problems were the main focus of the operation.

As our forefathers before us stated, ‘‘No one is more professional than I. I am a Noncommissioned Officer, a leader of soldiers. As a Noncommissioned Officer, I realize that I am a member of a time honored corps, which is known as “The Backbone of the Army (“The NCO Creed written by SFC Earle Brigham and Jimmie Jakes Sr”). These words to the Noncommissioned Officer should inspire us to the fullest with pride, honor, and integrity. The NCO creed should mean much more than just words whenever we attend an NCO’s school.
Uber was formed in 2009 and after its historical success; it planned to expand into other countries like China, India Pakistan etc. The current challenge for Uber is the competitors in China and different regulations in these countries. Uber is facing challenges from two of its main competitors in the China. It hardly got rides of 1 million on a daily basis in China. Uber sales are slow in these countries. Now, the company is planning to think about the expansion strategy and its effect on the operations of the country. The important question here is to recommend that whether it should expand into other countries or only focus on the United States.
The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) provides electric power to millions of families in the southeastern U.S. at reasonable prices. It is a government corporation founded during the Great Depression. The TVA does not run off taxpayer money and does not make profits from its services. This corporation is helpful with flood control, navigation, and land management for the Tennessee river system. The TVA also helps with economic development in the seven southeastern states.
