1. What changes or improvements did you make to your commentary essay rough draft? Identify specific parts of your paper that you revised. Why did you make these changes to your rough draft? (100 words minimum) I found that I needed to completely re-do my paper. The thesis in the rough draft was unclear, thus, I wrote a clearer more concise thesis. The rough draft I completed seemed to be all over the place, and nowhere pacific. I needed to make the changes in my commentary essay, because the draft was rushed, full of grammar errors, and not clear to the reader. Sometimes, as a writer, you have to keep going back to the drawing board. I did not receive feedback from the peer review forum. I did receive feedback from my instructor, and according to the input of my instructor, he saw the same issues I did with my paper. My instructor listed the requirements for the commentary essay, which was very helpful. My instructor has been my greatest feedback in class. The peer review forum has failed me twice, on two different essays. The feedback we receive is important, and as a class we had an assignment to complete. Feedback is like a fresh set of eyes on your paper, which is able to see error, or ideas where the writer did
