The story of Romeo and Juliet was considered as one of the most famous Shakespeare play. The story has not only brought excitement but also bitterness and sadness for the audience who read this story. The play began with the two wealthy households, the Montague and the Capulet. However, their “ancient grudge” reoccurred in the beginning of the story. From that point on, the Montague and the Capulet were considered as enemies against each other but, their long and devastating fights has caused their children to risk their lives at the end of this play. The three characters who are most responsible for the tragic ending of the play are the two families, the fighting of Tybalt and Mercutio, and the consequences of Romeo and Juliet’s love.

On the day of Romeo and Juliet’s wedding, the Friar had already warned them that their love might seemed very fervent and heartfelt in the beginning but, there will be ferocious ending to their lives. “Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.” (Prologue). However, that doesn’t changed their minds at all because they had already agreed to continue this expedition together and will not come back to the beginning because it is too late now that their love for each other is too strong. When Romeo found out that Juliet is “dead”, he ride his horse to Verona right away. Romeo came and kissed Juliet’s red lips one last time before he drank a poisonous potion and died with his wife. Because of the kiss, Juliet woke up from her sleep. Romeo had died. So, Juliet took Romeo’s sword out and stabbed herself. “From forth the fatal loins of these two foes, a pair of star-crossed lovers take their life” (Prologue). Romeo and Juliet has chosen this bumpy and complex pathway to find their love. The two of them will do anything to be together. But, there will be huge consequences waiting ahead as Romeo and Juliet walk together on this dark journey to their love in which they would have to risk their lives at the end of this sad …show more content…

The passionate love between Romeo and Juliet were very complicated and intense in this story because there were a lot of sudden events happening to the main characters, characters who were their enemies, and even their families’ horrible past had impacted the love lives of Romeo and Juliet. Deciding one way but their fate has caused them to change another way. Because of fightings, behaviors, actions and characteristics of these characters like Tybalt and Mercutio have affected and involved in the tragic ending of Romeo and Juliet. The adults like the Montague and the Capulet were also one of the important characters who are most responsible for the deaths of their children. They were the type of human beings who were critical on the name of Romeo just because he was a Montague and the love of Romeo and Juliet. These adults were selfish, they only think of themselves first without even realizing what their kids are actually feelings and what their thoughts were. They shouldn’t ever stop their kids from loving each other because that’s their own decision and in the end no one can stop them if they already had that strong bonding of love inside their hearts. These brutal and selfish characters did nothing but to go against Romeo and Juliet and causes the two lovers
