In books and movies love at first sight is as soon as the two people see each other they immediately fall in love. But this concept does not truly exist. In fairy tales read to kids, love at first sight existed but in real life that does not happen. Love at first sight can not happen because romantic love is when two people care about each other and want to be with the other person for ever. Also to love someone you must know who they are and there personality not just how they look. When Romeo first sees Juliet he believes he truly loves he. He said later “It is my lady, O it is my love” what Romeo feels is lust. He does not know anything about her and love can not be true until both of the people know the other's personality.
