• Leadership is very important ability that demonstrate when influencing others to act in a particular way. Through direction, encouragement, sensitivity, consideration, and support that people inspire your followers to accept challenges and achieve goals that may be viewed as difficult to achieve. As a leader, helping their followers to develop a sense of personal and professional accomplishment is a must because being a leader, building a commitment to goal attainment among those being led, as well as a strong desire for them to continue to follow. Each one defines different types of leadership that exist in work environments. From the laissez-faire to the supreme autocrat, leaders and organizations have a variety of leadership styles, but not every style is right for everyone. This individual leaves no doubt as to who’s on charger and who has the authority and power in the group. They make all decisions affecting the group and tell others what to do. This telling frequently happens in the form of orders – mandates that are expected to be followed. Failure to obey these orders usually results in some negative reinforcement at the hands of the authoritarian leader. Although counter to contemporary leadership philosophy, there are leaders in all types of organizations – business, government, and the military – for whom the autocratic style works
