A Christian magistrate in the UK who was fired and was suspended as the National Health Service (NHS) Trust director for opposing gay adoption is set to face court on Aug. 1 in a discrimination case he filed against his bosses. On Tuesday, 71-year-old Richard Page will face the Croydon Employment Tribunal courts to sue the NHS Trust and Development Authority for discrimination, harassment, and victimization under the Equality Act 2010.
