What is Leadership? This is a question were are commonly asked. Where do you see leadership? Who possess leadership? What if we see leadership in places we would really never think to look? sure, MLK, Gandhi, and Mother Teresa are all great leaders, but they 're not the ones that affect our leadership abilities most directly. We model ourselves after things we see in everyday life. Movies and television, both great tools for entertainment, but growing up can also provide a sense of what strong powerful leaders look like. So, I chose to use movies to represent me as a leader and to show traits that I thought other real great leaders possessed. I think an important aspect of leadership is the ability to go beyond the confines of the task put in front of you. Leadership needs to come hand in hand with a certain creative spark. Choosing to use movies in my project was my way of expressing my creative spark as a leader. I like to try and do little things to make peoples day and be a leader. I show commitment to my academics, football, and others and I never give up on myself or others. I pride myself on always acting like someone is always watching and doing the right thing even when it might be hard or seem like the wrong thing to everyone else. I try and bring out the best in others and unite my followers around me. I think one of the most important areas of leadership is servant leadership and that has always been a big focus of mine. Leaders who lead by action are the the most successful and can carry themselves with more confidence than they normally could.
