In September of 1994 a movie was released that would revolutionize the movie business forever, this movie was Pulp Fiction. This film was directed by a up and coming director named Quinten Tarantino, this was Tarantino’s second film ever made and it was made like no movie ever before. This movie instead of having an average story line, it would jump back and forth, characters that you had watched die would be in the next scene that takes place the day earlier. The special effects in the film are phenomenal, they are before their time, Tarantino has always made it a point to have amazing special effects in his films, this goes to be proven time and time again since this movie’s release. This movie has been enjoyed for decades now, and it still is renowned as one of the best movie of all time, earning it several awards. The story line for Pulp Fiction is unlike any movie before its time, instead of being linear it is weaved together to show how a difference in perspective can change how the audience views a character. The film had a budget of $8.5 Million and ended up grossing $107.93 Million worldwide making it the first “indie” film to make over $1 Million in box office. A cult classic is known as a movie that does not have a large budget and is known as a flop in the theatres, instead it becomes followed classic when it’s released on DVD or even many years later.
