u want to be professional, you must use proper grammar. Without it, people will not take you seriously. Believe me, I've compared my chats online and in public, I wrote with bad grammar to see how people viewed me and the other with proper grammar. Grammar shows you know what you're talking about. Shows you are talking seriously and not joking around. This is vital being a staff member, your job is to take care of the server, make sure everything is in such perfect condition. Proper grammar is important because not only does it show you are professional and earn respect but it also lets you communicate with people who don’t know all the ‘text talk’ you know or just are new to the language you are speaking. It's nice to make friends with some people you don't know. It's nice to be able to talk to people freely as well, seeing how some can possibly not understand everything another has to say. It is paramount for staff members to utilize proper grammar because you require felicitous grammar utilization in everyday life without it people will be unable to understand what you're trying to tell them and poor grammar usage conveys the image of being uneducated. Additionally, felicitous grammar is paramount because the staff members have a responsibility to be adept and upstanding, the server is a business and the staff is Its employees. That's why I believe the utilization of proper grammar is so paramount in being a staff member. So it's so detrimental when someone doesn't practice felicitous grammar because it gives that person the appearance of being uneducated.
