Project Charter:-

Project charter is a high- level document which is created in the early stages of the project. It helps to identify the different process, schedule, budget in the plan. It involves all the high-level information about the constraints of the project. It bestows formal authority to the project manager to manage the project work. It also includes the business case of the project. On the other side, it divides the work in the project according to the category.

Business case:-

Business case is based upon the need and demand of the project. It also includes the justification of total money spent on the project work. Our project is based upon the interior designing of tunnel station. Because of daily travel, people get tired. So,

Inspirational Quotes will be written on the walls in different languages.

 Schedule: -The project work will be completed in 5months.

Milestone plan:-

Milestones are the dividing point between the phases of the project. It involves project health evaluation, corrective and preventive action decision. It is best way of providing concise high level view of assigned project status to stakeholders and management. As the requirement of the project changes, the milestone schedule may change.

 Budget: - The total budget of our project will be 7million dollars. Metrolinx, LRT are the sponsors of our project. They will provide us the total amount to complete the project work.

 Quality: -Quality is the main constraint in our project. The resources used for decorating will be of appropriate quality, because a single thing with ugly look can disgrace the whole beauty of the project work.

 Resources: -There are two types of resources used in our project:-

• Human resources-Our pre-assigned architect company named as CORE ARCHITECTS (Toronto) which will provide us all designs.

• Materials- Material like sculptures, lighting equipment, paintings will be available to us on project site.

 Risks: -Many risks can occur during project work like:-

• The project may go over budget because of expensive artistic works.

• Due to irregular availability of resources like specific painters and architects, the project schedule may get disturbed.

• Ugly artwork can destroy the whole impression of project work.
