Both articles appear to state that being very preterm and/or with a very low birth is negative on the personalities of individuals affected at birth. The study by researchers Eryigit-Madzwamuse et al. (2015) has discovered that those individuals born either prematurely or with a very low birth weight were more likely to score higher on tests evaluating the personality characteristics, such as being easily worried, less socially engaged and lacking communication skills, when compared to their cohorts who were born mature.
