Driverless Cars. Volvo and Uber invested $300 million in it. It will solve all of your driving tickets. What is it? If you guessed driverless cars then you're correct. What is a driverless car? The concept behind driverless cars is that cars should be able to drive themselves without a driver. The driverless cars do not include steering wheels and gas pedals. Also all seats in the car face each other because it does not require you to drive. As with any products there are flaws. With driverless cars many police that give parking tickets will be obsolete. In the text it says “ If so, you might have seen the driver get a ticket, which can mean having to pay a big fine.” This is how it is now but with driverless cars “ Future drivers will be happy to hear that this may never happen to them. First, some criminals may see self driving cars as an advantage. Well, it’s most definitely not. The police can shut off the cars if they permission and a warrant. Also some people cannot resist the temptation to text and drive or get distracted while driving. Driverless cars will not stop you from getting from getting distracted but it will stop you from driving. How do these benefit Society? How is it possible for a car that for so many years required someone to drive wont soon. This is possible due to the lidar sensors. They detect surroundings for safe driving. In our world has so many things we use everyday that hurt and damage our environment. Creators of this have made the materials healthy for our environment.
