Persuasive Essay Examples

What I learned in EN099 is a lot. I learned how to write persuasive essays, reflections, thesis, and outlines. Since the beginning of class Professor Presley was emphasized to us how important it to learn how to write persuasive essays. Reasons why is because in the class we did at least about 4 to 5 persuasive essays. Each of them had to have an outline, and a thesis so she can pick out what the argument is about. The outline was to show brief of what all the paragraph would consist of.

So writing a persuasive essay was stressful. Why because it was always hard for me to create a thesis for them. A persuasive essay is to convince the reader to believe or do something. Persuasive essays are known as argument essays. What I dislike about

writing the persuasive is that I had to make you convince you that what I’m telling you in my paragraphs are true. Reasons why is because it’s hard for me to persuade people regularly. Also, I dislike about writing these kinds of essays is that it requires a lot of supporting details. What i learned from this experience is how to write a good persuasive essay. I became so good at writing them that i can turn something fake and make you think it’s the truth.
Now writing the reflections was hard to me. Most of the reflections we had to write I wasn't able to relate to. The book’s was on religious things. And, I’m not quite the religious person. What I hated about writing the reflections was when I had to relate it to myself. I hate letting people in on my personal information about myself.
The outlines is the easiest of them all. All I had to do was create a thesis and arguments based on the book’s we were assigned. Also what I liked about them is that it made me think harder past the book to come up with most of my ideas. It had me seek out arguments that were in the book that didn’t make any sense because it didn't have enough evidence to support it.
