Well, for starters there is many reasons I would like to be staff on the HeliosPvP Network. Starters I am a very confident and calm person to be with no matter the situation even if it is a big thing like a inside or a glitch that has made someonw raidable. My primary reason to why I would like to be staff is because playing and moderaring is two different things that range from fun to boring at times.. Iv'd been playing HCF for about a year or so from this day on. I'm a very experienced person as I have been staff on some smaller servers such as exmius and some other servers friends have owned such as original hcf. I know all the pros and cons of screensharing people and I know majority of the rules on this network and have been playing on the server for almost two maps now hoping to play map 4 soon Another reason why I qualify more then anyone else is because I put alot of effort into everything I do, example making this staff app has taken about 3+ hours just in redoing it and adding more detail from feedback given by the community. I daubt some people applying put barely any effort into their app unlike me. I also try my hardest to get my job done when i'm online and always try to persue my best while doing so. I have been staff on a US server called OriginalHCF (Server owned by Revamp) that averaged 75-150 people on SOTW. I help some of the admins ss on theeximusmc and that's pretty much it. OriginalHCF, I got quite a bit of bans on SOTW and a couple days into the map before it had to go down from bugs and stuff. Eximus, I got a ton of bans from ss'in people (Junk // Caspar can vouch) and helped alot of players till a suicide bomber (meeran - owner) came in and screwed everything but ya'kno he's arabian just let it go. In high school, I was part of SkillsUSA, a national organization that heavily focused on Career and Technical Education for students in high school and in college. It was my junior year in high school and I had become fascinated with this organization. There are many types of competitions such as cosmetology or architecture and engineering where students can showcase their talents along with what they have learned in school. My range of skills allowed me to compete in different types of computer and leadership competitions. This led me to many different experiences that have greatly influenced my personality and have allowed me to learn that there are many important aspects to have a good character. Having won some competitions and lost others has given me experiences that allowed me to improve myself and to truly understand how some parts of our personality are important.

This job includes things like taking blood samples, giving shots, check-ups, etc. Any interests I have had within this career is that you help others, prescribe medicine if they are in need, being prompt and taking care of others. Related talents to this career that I have is enjoying helping people, experiencing blood, doing regular check-ups etc. I have selected medical assisting as a career because its easy/ great training in under a year, employment growth, and flexible schedule. Both my current job and are dream jobs are in the medical field they are very similar yet different. For example, my job now is a certified nursing assistant and my dream job is to become a registered nurse. Both jobs consist of taking guardianship of people providing hands-on work, comfort care, and compassion. It’s funny how quickly time flies by it seems like just yesterday I was complaining about writing the first part of this assignment. Looking back at it now, the reasons why I want to become a teacher remain the same. I want to inspire, shape, encourage, and mentor my students. I want to make the kind of impact on each and every single one of them that they will carry on for the rest of their lives. Whether it be simply believing in them, and telling them that I know they are capable of accomplishing anything they want to, or helping them through a tough time. My desire to become a teacher has increased tremendously the past 16 weeks, and I am so eager and excited to finish my education to begin my teaching career.
As I am preparing for a new chapter in my life, I have put a lot thought in about what I want out of life and what to look forward to as I get older. In order for one to achieve anything, they need to set goals to reach for. I have a handful of goals for my future, short term and long term, that I will actively work towards in my college years and beyond. In my time at UW Eau Claire, I plan to be involved and engaged in student activities on campus. Being active will help me meet new people, build a better resume, and have fun at college. At UWEC, I would like to get involved in anything musical, along with various clubs and Greek life. Similarly, another goal of mine is to have a job on campus.
