My Personal Philosophy of Success
Where do I want to go? What do I want to see in my future? These are questions that I made to myself toward success. According to Merriam Webster Dictionary success is defined as result, degree or measure of succeeding, favorable or desired outcome. “Colloquial term used to describe a person that has achieved his or her personal, financial or career goals” defined Business dictionary. In other words, teacher Deepak Chopra defined success “as a matter of continual growth.” "Success in life could be defined as the continued expansion of happiness and the progressive realization of worthy goals," Chopra writes in "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.” People have to create their personal philosophy of success that helps them to get their purpose in life. I start to pay attention to all that happen around me and become to be an excellent listener. I make friends and surround myself with individuals that I respect and admire those who inspire myself and are a great example to follow. I have to learn to observe, listen and stay alert because best opportunities could be are in front of me. In addition, I need to be a selective listener. For example, I will listen good radio station that improve my English and contribute with my daily knowledge.
The second strategy that I am going to follow is learning from mistakes. According to Becoming a Master Student book, mistakes are part of the learning process and only when we are committed to making things work, they happen. For that reason, I am to learn from all my mistakes during my life because they are from result of my several times to be success and obtain goals.
