Personal identity is made up of physical characteristics, skills, and attributes, but, more importantly, it is related to the way we feel about ourselves. How we value ourselves, our achievements and our personal goals all affect our future success and happiness in life. The following are the ten people in my life who have influenced me who I have become today. My Father- He left me and my mom when I was two years old. The self is an ever-changing system of perspectives that is formed and sustained in communication with others and ourselves. The two sources influence identity are the generalized other which views of society as a whole and representation in media. Particular others also influenced by family, peers, teachers, coaches and religious beliefs. Honestly, means telling the truth and being straightforward and open with people. Honestly, plays an important role in my life because my mother always taught me to speak the truth no matter what. It will always help to keep the strong relationship with others in community, friends, teachers etc. I am kind and always like helping others. My family always taught me to help the people who need help and always be kind to others because you don't know what they are going through in his or her life. My mother is a positive influence in my life and she always taught me to be kind to others. In my family and culture respecting elders such as grandparents, parents, aunt etc. Respect plays an important role because respecting to elders is an integral part of Hindu culture. Hardworking is very important and positive quality of myself because through my mother's struggles I know what hard work means and even I always try must best and work hard.
