Personal Development Plan My personal development plan to achieve my philosophy is by improving my skills in time management where I must create my own schedule to balance my career and family and follow the schedule with discipline. By doing this I will not have to drag the time to finish my assignment last minute and I will have more time for my family bonding. Before these can happen successfully I will have to practice to follow the schedule in a discipline manner. I will also need to read books on time management to further understand it. This is clearly shown in the comment in Appendix 1, where the lecturer commented that “the chemistry lesson is age appropriate with achievable objectives. Evaluation can be more objective. Good Attempt”. This shows that I clearly in consolidate stage according to Lilian Katz, where my lesson plan is fine but I must improve on my evaluation, so there needs improvement here and there before reaching the perfection stage which is the renewal stage. In appendix 2 the lecturer gave me a better suggestion on extending the activity by children making a play dough which was helpful and I even tried it with the children and it was very interesting on how the children compare the ‘oobleck’ and the play dough.
