"I Accidentally Vaporize My Pre- Algebra Teacher.", was said by Percy Jackson , the protagonist of the lighting thief. Percy Jackson's personality is curious because he wants to know a lot of things like who's his father is, why are monsters trying to kill him and many other things. In the book Percy asks Grover what is chasing them and why, and it turns out that a minotaur was chasing them. Another reason that Percy's personality is curious is because he wanted to know if the other gods were real like Zues. As a result he wanted to know why there were certain cabins for each half-blood of that god and why some were empty.

Percy's conflicts in the story were one's like no others he had monsters trying to kill him and they had already killed

(287) This quote foreshadows that Arthur, will in fact, become the great leader. If it were not for training with Merlyn, he would not be the great leader he developed into throughout the book.
