Only 18 NFL players have made over 100 million dollar. The NFL makes 25 Billion dollars a year. Is it fair to the athletes, considering they are the face of their leagues?Athletes earn what they deserve. Not all athletes get paid millions of dollars a year, and those that do aren’t all selfish. Not all athletes get paid hundreds of millions of dollars in their career. The average salary is 5 million dollars a year, this might be a lot, but they work their whole lives to prepare for this job. How long do you think NFL players play? Do they practice countlessly when others are out having fun? Do they retire at 35-45 years of age? It is not athletes fault that other professions don’t get paid enough.

In conclusion, these players earn pennies compared to their leagues. They don’t just buy mansions, some couldn't afford mansions!
