Outsourcing payroll is one of the most popular business moves today. It makes perfect sense, if you think about it. Businesses need effective and efficient payroll processing, but their in-house staff may not always be able to handle it. They have more important things to attend to.

Of course, when you decide to send payroll out of house, you want to be sure you’re teaming up with the best possible provider for your business. One of the ways you can do that is to make sure you’re getting great customer service.

Good customer service will ensure you get mistakes straightened out sooner, rather than later. Good customer service will also help you avoid those mistakes in the first place.
3. You Can Stay up to Date
Imagine this. You’ve just heard about a new law coming into effect. You want to know how this will affect your business. What do you need to do to make sure you’re still in compliance with the law? Will this cost you more money?
Your payroll provider should be able to tell you or steer you in the right direction. At least, they will if you’re getting great service when you outsource payroll. If your provider isn’t giving you great customer service, they may not be able to help you. They also may not tell you when changes are coming into effect, leaving you scrambling to implement
