Outsourcing Legal Services With the outsourcing increase, bar association and other regulatory agencies are looking at the ethics issues involved. Bar associations across the US are weighing in and providing guidance to firms that are outsourcing their legal work. The ethical issues involve when a lawyer must advise client that the client’s work is being outsourced, as well as issues relating to fees. It is said that outsourcing legal work is ethically permitted, there are a list of conditions and ethical considerations when doing so. Included on this list is the obligation to supervise those doing the work, to advise client and getting client’s permission and to have a conflict-checking system in place. (K. When a company has built its reputation on the quality of its products or even the quality of its workers; when these key components are changed it could leave the company with a bad reputation. When the workforce is not competent will companies got the extra miles to properly train these outsourced workers, will their lack of investment in these issue ruin them overall as a company because they are no longer producing the quality that their consumer base has come to know and
