INTRODUCTION SUMMARY-

• He has started to work from the age of 10yrs. earlier he was a farmer then a railroad fireman, streetcar conductor and insurance salesman.
• Became one of the business men owning a petrol service station in Kentucky, one of the 52 states in USA.
• Since it was a service station many people stopped for refreshments and food, which made him decide that he should start with a service to offer them food.
• His business got so popular that he had to increase this restaurant’s business to other places also.
KFC was started by selling fried chicken at roadside restaurant.
• Its located in about 18000 locations and has wide variety of products like that of Fried Chicken, Chicken Burgers, Wraps, Drinks, Salads and so on.

1. It can make strategic alliance with the key suppliers to gain advantage over competitors.
2. The brand image can be built through more of franchise based restaurant.
3. It can add more foods to the menu for customer conscience consumer and starting with breakfast foods.

CONCLUSION-
a. KFC initially had entered Indian market but failed to make an impact in the Indian market but revised its strategies and again entered by how discussed above.
b. Now it’s a successful organization and giving a tough competition to its competitors and is still changing and revising its policies so that it could stay in the Indian marketing in the future as well.
c. The culture of the organization is totally customer oriented.
d. There is similarity in the quality of products and the services provided in the world by KFC.
