Even though people say “all size and shape matter” but if you're an obese person, then it does matter because you’re at risk of dying at earlier age than normal, healthy people. Others may complain that that aren’t going to burn fat just because they want to but those are just excuses to make themselves feel better for being lazy. As long as long they eat healthy and excercise daily, it would only be a matter of time before they are healthy again. By eating healthy you can lay off of food with high glucose, avoid sugary drinks, don’t replace saturated fat with sugar, avoid processed or packaged foods, watch out for oily foods, and check labels and choose low sugar products, and eat a lot of vegetable and fruits.
