I am writing this letter to express my interest in a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing study in your University. I have been admiring Western Governors University since it has a flexible nursing program, which will allow me to continue advancing my career path as a working mother and a caregiver for my dialysis husband.

I choose to be a nurse because there was not a kinder profession than a health care profession, especially the nurses. The nurses’ careers allow the opportunity to promote and maintain the health and well being of our citizens. I enjoy being in a career that helps people, while there are many other occupations that would allow me to help people as well; but by far, I feel nursing is the one that I would be able to share my gift of caring for others most. It would allow me to care for the people in a holistic way of physical needs as well as their spiritual and mental needs. More than that, nurses are able to help people with medical problems, answer questions, give advice, and provide health education and a close up gap between doctor and patient. …show more content…
