Paige Perez An organization that has an immense value as part of my life is the FFA. This association has taught me various life lessons such as the importance of hard work, dedication, and respect. I have participated in multiple events through the FFA and all of them have helped me grow as a person in different aspects. One of the most valuable competitions I participated in is Public Relations. It aided me in my public speech skills and how to successfully work with others. This event has helped me prepare for my goals in veterinary medicine by teaching me how to properly communicate with future clients and colleagues. Regardless of my occupation, I will need to possess these valuable skills in order to be successful. Leadership is trait that is extremely valuable in any society. Leadership plays a key role in helping an organization maximize efficiency and achieve goals. Without leadership, the world would get nowhere; therefore, we need excellent leadership in both school and business worlds. Service is a great way for one to learn and grow by actively participating in experiences that meet the needs of the community.
