Personality types are a crucial part of any business and management organizations, it is important for individuals to identify weakness and strengths about their own personality types, learn how to apply those, and influence or connect with their peers to improve the organization they are a part of. MBTI Personality Type My personality type is “The Architect”, and my letters are INTJ-T. The acronym means I am fifty-seven percent introverted, fifty-two percent Intuitive, sixty-four percent thinking, sixty-nine percent judging, and seventy-five percent turbulent. Being an “Architect” means that my role is to be an analyst and my strategy is constant improvement. Our strengths include having a quick, but imaginative strategic mind in which we take pride in. (16Personalities) We normally are not only hardworking and determined but also independent and decisive which all attributes to our high self-confidence in ourselves and our capabilities of completing any task at hand. All of these attributes combined with our open-mindedness allows us to be great leaders and become more or less a jack-of-all-trades which allows a much greater range of possible professions to become successful in. I would like to agree with most of the attributes, however for example, I do not find myself to be overly introverted, but I would rather not be the center of attention and hang out in the back of the room just because I can then observe and take in everything going on around me.
