My Coke Rewards could gather what age demographic you are coming from, what gender, what region of the world you are purchasing products in. My Coke Rewards could use this information for customer relationship management activities because they can see what other products you are likely to purchase (Haag & Cummings, 2015). My Coke Rewards can track what type of Coca-Cola product you are purchasing, for example, are you purchasing soda or other healthier options such as tea. The Pepsi Facebook is far more eye-catching than the Coca-Cola page and the Pepsi page allows the ability to link up with their app. Pepsi has far more videos posted to their wall with famous actors/athletes as their spokes people. Both Pepsi and Coca-Cola have significant activity from consumers writing and posting on their wall and creating that networking atmosphere between fellow consumers.
