Schwartz believes that there are four ways managers and leaders can strive to be better at their organizations. These methods include: celebrating moral exemplars, do the right thing, know the community, and be ordinary. The first of these methods is to celebrate moral exemplars. Leaders need to be proud and show off these exemplars because they show the way for others to follow. By showing how those who hold their moral in the highest of standards will get other people to admire and mimic them. I know that when I am in a work environment and I see a person in a rank higher than me do something great, I admire that persons and strive to be as good if not better than them. The second part in striving to be a better leader is simply do the right thing. Schwartz talked about two other speakers in his video and one being Ray Anderson.
