Monaco is a large tourist destination. Monaco bases their economic development on tourism. The Opera, Casinos, and Luxurious relaxing hotels and spas. Monaco is conveniently placed on the edges of France and the ocean. This makes traveling from Nice far easier because you can take a boat. Monaco is also well known for the races. The Monaco grand prix and the Monte Carlo are both famous races, which feature well known drivers that are famous. Monaco's fame continues to grow and attract some of the greatest celebrities.

LA CULTURE

The Culture of Monaco is one of the principal concerns of H.S.H. Prince Rainier III, following the example of Prince Pierre of Monaco who was the friend of the greatest writers, painters and composers of his time. The peoples of Monaco's pride falls on their harmonic symphonies, and famous operas. Large amounts of money and time are spent on the construction of large opera houses and no one seems to complain about the taxes used to make these fine buildings.

There were many great cultural ambassadors of Monaco. Most of which belong to the Monaco orchestra. Many great musicians are in the Monaco orchestra. The new Monte Carlo ballet is also a large part of Monaco's culture and entertainment business.
