Mid-term Reflection As long as I can remember, my whole childhood I have known what I wanted a career in. I have always wanted to be some type of nurse, this influence came from my mother, who is a nurse and inspired me to also become one. In ACA I learned this still might be the right step for me. As we have went on in the semester we have learned what our personality type is and what are learning skills are revolved around. Mine deals best with complex communication and problem-solving in times of stress. My personality also includes being hard-working, which is a helpful tool as it takes very good grades and a bachelor's degree or higher to get to my career goal. As I have hit sophomore year, I have specified my career choice a little bit more and decided to become a neonatal nurse. Helping people, especially children, is my passion and has been for quite some time now. The next step would of course choosing the right college for my personal needs and wants. …show more content…

For my perfect college it would be either medium or small in size, so I won’t feel as surrounded or cornered in my learning environment, for cause of further anxiety problems, which I will have to learn to control and am working on it. The next part of college that would fit me individually would have to be low or average cost, due to the fact my family isn’t that wealthy and I would probably have to pay for most myself.
