The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most popular test of personality which has been used in thousands of organizations worldwide. It is designed to indicate psychological preferences in which human perceive the world and take a decision. This test consists of four principal psychological functions, which each consisting of two opposite preferences as can be seen in figure 1. The main idea is from 16 types of personality, only one that each person can be matched. Pittenger (1993) claims that the MBTI test try to impose human personality’s complexities into an artificial and limiting classification scheme. As a result, the thinking of the unique qualities and potential of each person is weakened by the focus on the "typing" of people. Based on my experience, I would love to give everyone change to express their point of view before forming my opinion, since I need think before I speak. Also, it is often for me to imagine the way in certain circumstances and contemplating the consequences of an unexpected situation. Furthermore, I am focus in my goal achievement and not easily distracted. This is because, as a leader I need to keep my team on task in whatever the project. In addition, as an intuitive thinking leader, I can easily become bored with repetition and a highly constrained routine. This situation makes me prefer to solve problems with an experiment in new ways and possibilities. I also have a blind spot, since I might overemphasize on achievement, causing an organization cold and blindly ambitious. Finally, I choose judging style as I like to have a structured list of things to do and want to lead scheduled and planned
