Situation Analysis
Life is a never ending story and it is not easy to understand. There will be specific time to engage in a particular situation that shall test patience, power, and wisdom in critical thinking for the decision making made in everyday life.
A way to sharpen one’s problem-solving skill is through the use of Mathematics. This is one of the fundamental disciplines in education and learning. Mathematics is one subject that pervades life at any age and in any circumstance. Thus, its value goes beyond the classroom and the school. Mathematics as a school subject, therefore, must be learned comprehensively.

Theoretical Framework
Knowing the side of the learners why they dislike Mathematics is important in order for the learners to resolve it. There are many theories developed and studies conducted to identify the reasons why particular students hate Mathematics subject. We have cited some theories to which this study was anchored.
In Aringay National High School the learners prefer to go out in class than listening to their teacher in Mathematics because according to them it is useless when they grew up and it is not effective in their future life.
IQ FIXED TEHEORY. The theory of Dweck, (1999) states that man’s ability is fixed, probably at birth, and there is very little if anything man can do to improve it. This is called Fixed IQ Theory.
It states that ability come from innate talents rather than from the slow development of skills through learning of formulas and processes in grade school.
