The analysis’ made on each profile will be thoroughly examined considering factors such as, work experience, educational studies related to business, a business orientated profile, skill, a personal summary and the appeal it may have to the targeted employer.

Mariam Rahman has formed a wide skill base in retail and administration. Mariam’s administration skills have been built from 2014- 2016 under two professions. Mariam has studied as an apprentice in business administration, which is clear to see why she has led to further her studies at university. Mariam has given retail an opportunity where it has endorsed her skills to be a good customer service representative at Argos. Mariams summary of herself is a short personal statement where it seems to appeal more so, to a retail employer where she expresses her dedication to be a good team worker and also linking her skill to her abilities.

Djellza Gojnovci has had administration experience as well as experience working in a professional working environment as a nursery nurse, both job roles broadened her skills enabling her to carry out tasks as efficiently as possible ensuring she becomes the ideal role model for the job. She has had a broad experience and possesses knowledge on a curricular level of fashion where she has achieved a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Fashion and Clothing. Kerreta has volunteered at a live clothes show where she has had to apply her personal skill in order to ensure the smooth running of it. Kerreta holds a strong academic background obtaining 9 GCSE’s including English, Maths and Science. Kerretas profile is business orientated in a like-mind of fashion, however she would mainly appeal to a fashion marketer as apposed to a business
