Making a website for a specific company we have chosen using ICT
Identification
For our coursework we are making a website for a specific company we
have chosen. The company I have chosen is 'Hair Associates'. We are
making websites for the company, which is an effective way of
advertising a company world-wide, for anyone to see at anytime. As the
authorities at 'Hair Associates' have not okayed the website I'm
making, the website will not be presented on the Internet.
It will be aimed at the customers mainly but could be used for other
purposes, possibly for another company to compare the two companies,
or if someone would want to work at 'Hair Associates'.
The main objective of the website is going to be that customers can
access the website and find any information they want. If they wanted
to speak to an individual person, they could have another way of
contacting them i.e. through email or through phoning to speak to an
employee personally.
In the website there won't be any online shopping facilities, as we
cannot process that information. This website is going to be about
eight pages long, in these pages there will be; three links to
external sites, a chat room and many other things. The information on
the website, although not going to be produced onto the Internet, will
be factual and accurate.
My objectives are:
- Contents bar on each page
- Title bars on the pages
- Internal links on every page
All of these will be easy to use whether you are a novice or an expert
on the computer. Having these objectives should make the Website easy
to access the information wanted by the customer whenever they want.
We are making websites, which are a good source of advertising
nowadays with everyone using the Internet. It is also a better
resource for customers as they can keep coming back to the site at
their convenience. Also it isn't wasting paper or harming the
environment by producing lots of leaflets that will get thrown away or
lost. If the customer would like the information on paper we can send
it to them via e-mail or post, or they can print it out themselves.
The website may contain some advertising for the hair salons around
the country and the products they sell. There won't be any other form
of advertising this is because we don't have permission to do so
from 'Hair Associates' or the company that we will produce the
advertising for.
We may provide some service for the customer though it could be:

The development of mental health policy has gone through many changes in the course of the twentieth century. Today, mental health policy is totally different from the policy hundreds of years ago. Because of this, it is important to emphasize the fact that mental health policy has shifted from the indifference and isolation of people with mental illness, to the delivery of social services and community integration. In other words, mental health policy has experienced a serious change that has changed the attitude of policy makers, health care professionals, ordinary people, and also to people with a mental illness. Today, people with mental health problems are no longer outsiders as they used to be. Instead they are seen as people who have different needs and social geared towards their integration into the community. The federal government now has a policy that addresses the problems faced by people with mental illness, gives the community a chance to understand these people, and sets a standard in providing mental health services. There are over seventy actions in The Federal Mental Health Action Agenda. “It offers an unprecedented opportunity to fundamentally alter the form and function of the mental health service delivery system in this country to one that puts individuals-adults with mental illnesses, children with emotional disturbances, and family members-at its very core” (The Federal Action Agenda: First Steps. Cancer is the name given to a collection of related diseases. In all forms of cancer: the cells in the body begin to divide uncontrollably and then spread into the surrounding tissues.
The description of a work often includes negotiation skills as a desirable quality in applicants a fee list, however the ability to trade implies a set of communication and interpersonal skills to be used together to achieve a satisfactory result . The circumstances of negotiation occur when two people or groups of people cannot agree on the solution of a problem, the goal of a project or contract. A successful negotiation requires the two sides meet to negotiate an agreement that is acceptable to both parties.
Cancer is a disease in which abnormal cells continuously divide body tissue. It develops when the body's normal control mechanism stops working. Old cells do not perish but instead grow profusely, forming new abnormal cells. These extra cells can go on and form a mass of tissue, called a tumor. However, some cancers, such leukemia, do not form tumors. The human body contain millions of cells. Once a cell malfunction or grow erratically it is likely that it could turn into a tumor and cause cancer.

To be a good negotiator, takes a lot of time. Negotiation requires that you reach out the other side, sympathize and create real interest that flows both directions. A good negotiation should never be accomplished by one-way communication.
Mental illness is accompanied by a stigma and interferes with almost all aspects of one’s life. The type, severity and duration of the illness vary from one individual to the next. The delay or absence of treatment for patients with mental illness has serious consequences. mental illness costs the U.S. government an estimated $193.2 billion annually in lost earnings. Negotiation occurs on a regular basis in a daily life and individual negotiate in the business or outside of the workplace. Having superior negotiation skills is conductive to the success in personal life and career development. This reflection essay will indicate that my natural preferences for different comparisons between theory and practice and a personal action plan to improve negotiation skills based on the role-play activity in the workshop.
Negotiations often need to take place in our daily lives as a form of solution in achieving our goals. Often done where each party’s decision making will affect each other, where the result is unpredictable, or where we need others agreement for final decision and so on. Negotiations do take place in both works with manager, peers, and customer and in private lives with their family and friends. In order to gain benefits and reach our goals, we need to be a good negotiator. Luckily, negotiation is a skill that can be learn and improves from experience and education (DeMarr, & de Janasz, 2014). Cancer or cancer cells are the cells that have lost the normal control that body are able to exert on old cells. In our body, we have billions of cells, and they have different function. It is a very complicated process under incredible control. If something goes wrong, and that control is lost, the cell escaped the control mechanisms.They continue to grow and spread, and that is when we call it cancer. Those cells together we would call it tumor. Specifically, cancer is a malignant tumor. We call it malignant is because not only because it could invade to the adjacent organs, but also because unfortunately cancer can spread to other tissues, and that can be life threatening.

Social media is pertinent in use of communication throughout today’s organizations. There are many social media platforms that allow organizations to convey communication to potential consumers, stakeholders and the public. “It is essential for leaders to integrate these technologies and seek the best way to use social media and networks to the advantage of the business” (Billington, 2012, p.1). Business owners find that keeping up with current technology trends is essential in having a competitive advantage in the market place and having a strict set of standards and strategy is important in quickly adapting to social media trends.
