When building an educational environment, it is vital to ensure that it displays a healthy learning atmosphere to keep students engaged in order to encourage achievement of their goals. By making successful changes in school systems it would allow students to become more successful, as well as give encouragement for them to learn. As the environment of education continues to grow changes are continuously being made to increase the intensity of the learning environment for students.
A change I would like to see made in the school system is the way programs are approached and taught by educators. All the content being taught is valuable information however, content that will pertain as everyday use in the future of should be closely focused on. It is known that there is only a desirable amount of time that educators are allotted to spend on each lesson. As that said, some valuable information is being crammed into a fleeting period of time which can disrupt some of students learning. These apprenticeship programs are a very valuable program to have for all high school students who are unsure what they want their future to entail. This would be to better prepare students for the future to ensure they are working towards the right program to get them to where they desire to be in the future. This concept would theoretically teach students more about the workforce and help them gain knowledge as well as introduce precautions and new challenges. This could also decrease the number of unemployed people and students within the near future because of the experience this would grant them.
