Explain how the management of human, physical and technological resources can improve the performance of a selected organization.
It is very important for ASDA to manage their resources, as they all play important roles in the improvement and functioning of the organisation.
Physical resources
As these resources include buildings, warehouses, premises, equipment, facilities, plants material and waste and machineries. These are very essential for the ASDA to carry out their day to day activities and to carry out their projects effectively. This management would cover finding the right approach to dealing with their employees, to be able to make adequate plans to manage them in a professional manner.
The management of this resources deals with the efficiency of the employees in relation to increasing the production level of ASDA as a profit making organization. The following ways are methods ASDA can use to manage their human resources, Motivation, training, appraisals and personal development planning.
An essential part of human resources management includes employing employees with the adequate skills and qualifications needed to carry out a particular job role and also training staffs that do not have the required skills to carry out their set tasks. This management allows the employees to achieve ASDA’s organizational goals and objectives. With the management of the human resources of ASDA, the company will be able to manage its employees into providing efficient customer services.

Technological resources
The technological resources include the software and apps used by ASDA to carry out their organizational goals.
