Evaluating your own knowledge and performance Each individ need to know which is his level of knowledge and what he need to do to develop this. For this you need to be able to evaluate yourself, with respect of practice, so you will be able to recognise any gaps in your knowledge, and to be able to put in place a plan to fill this gaps- so for you as a manager is important to provide how you gain, develope and mantain this knowledge this way you will be able to promote support and training for your staff. You must make sure you are up to date with all your trainings, but in the same time you provide support with training for all your staff. In this way you make sure you follow the guide line, the staff will recive support from you, and in the same time, you can observe them.
