Ethical factors have also a crucial influence on the institution as whole and public sector, for whom the societal priorities of service quality and cost management should be taken into account the same ethical considerations affecting the organization. In an organization, principled leadership encompasses the ethical concepts. This would motivate and encourage the workers and other stakeholder by engaging them in emotional and intellectual commitment between leaders and the subjects that make the both parties equal in decision making. This reveals the transformational leadership that is brought about by the ethical leadership traits. Likewise, ethical leadership with advantageous traits can be said to inspirational motivations, because decision making process stimulates and inspires the parties involved to be visionary and creative to meet the organizational enrichment. Ethics refers to a set of rules and standard that guides one on how he or she should behave. It involves seeing the distinction between what is right and wrong. Additionally, it can be a commitment to do what is right, admirable, worthy and honorable. In making ethical decisions, one has to consider the impact on the stakeholder and who are likely to be assisted or otherwise harmed by the decisions. Psychologically, ethical decisions come from place of conscience. The conscience is merely an internal source of reward and punishment.
