Statement of Purpose This memo aims to focus on the impending problem that our company is facing regarding the existence of the genetically modified corn on Taco Bell- labeled taco shells by Kraft Foods Inc. With this in mind, the parties involved in this dispute will be emphasized and the possible methods to mitigate this unfortunate happening will also be discussed. Background At the present time, the group “Friends of the Earth” had investigated 23 leading corn-based foods, including the Taco Bell Home Originals that was sold by Kraft. Markedly, their results showed that the mentioned product contained “Cry9C”, a plant pesticide that was not deemed fit for human consumption.
