The Keto Diet provides delicious options for losing weight. The Ketogenic Diet, or Keto Diet, is an increasingly popular way of eating designed to help the body use its own fat stores for fuel. In contrast to the Standard American Diet, nicknamed SAD for a reason, the Keto Diet deliberately decreases the number of carbohydrates consumed to a mere five percent of daily caloric intake.
