Kellerman Bad Leadership

According to Kellerman, he believes that within the roles of bad leaders can fall into two basic categories, “bad as in ineffective and bad as in unethical.” This is true that there are leaders in the world that can be considered to be bad but who is the judge weather a leader is bad. Kellerman feels that the best way to determine & pin-point if a leader is mad we will look at the seven subdivided into seven smaller groups to determine a leader is bad.
The seven smaller groups that would fall under Kellerman’s belief of what makes a leader bad would include: incompetent leadership, rigid leadership, intemperate leadership, callous leadership, corrupt leadership, insular leadership and evil leadership. How do these seven different categorizes provide a bad influence on the leader and their followers? If a leader is consider be in the position of a being an Incompetent leadership, this will mean the leader lacks either the idea of the will power or skill to effectively more their orgazaiation forward. While the first three forms of leadership that were mentioned because it focuses on how the leader’s personally can are ineffective to lead their group to success.
