• Rufus & Coco have a huge pet product range located all over Australia .( Rufus & Coco,2016) Weakness • According to dogsupplies(2016), the average cost of dog collars and leashes range from $10-$30.Priced at $249 , KYON is quite expensive and is a major weakness for the product. • Electronic appliance for pets are not perceived as healthy by people . • Rufus & Coco are not known for producing electronic appliances and with KYON dog collar , they are stepping into a new business area with very little experience. • Manufacturing an electric product Rufus & Coco would need to raise and acquire capital and also recruit workers and expertise in that field. Opportunity • KYON can be further developed with more features and also for other pets apart from dogs
