Katherine did not take to dave about her vacation to florida and made dave stop communication. This motion filed by her started because of her lack of relationship with aiden - aiden no longer wanted to be in her control, with her freak tactics and will settle for nothing less than living with his father. Katherine came to the house for money, not caring and disregarding the welfare of her son. Dave wants the custody of his son changed from katherine to him Katherine has started not cooperating, taking aiden to florida without informing dave Katherine drove adien to school late countless times, up wards of twenty. Unfortunately Katherine overstayed her time with a teacher causes Dave to lose his chance of meeting with teachers that night due to the event ending shortly after katherine left her meeting. Katherine has not shown up to pick up aiden. It is not dave's job to drive aiden to his mother's. Katherine has contact with Aiden, Katherine texted him frequently. Katherine states that she has not seen aiden, although in her unexpected visit to dave's house she had made visual,and verbal contact with Aiden. (April 12) Aiden decided he didn't want to see his mother Dave is not blocking communication between aiden and his mother, it is also worth noting that Katherine pays for aiden's phone Aiden was given his medical cards in early january, the very same day it had arrived in the mail, Aiden was told not to lose it, and because of the enormous amount of cash held in his wallet he was deemed dependable. Aiden then gave the medical cards to katherine (he recalls this event) Katherine was payed March 10, Katherine then cashed the check, which was made out to the amount of $550, only $525 was required. Katherine had no valid reason to file this motion, however my motion is for change in custody and child
