John Hunter was the first person who discovered the type of cancer called skin cancer. In about two hundred years later, scientists were able to test it and named it “Melanoma”. Rene Laennec, a french physician was the first person who identifies Melanoma as a type of disease. He was considered as the first person who named “Melanoma”. During that time of period, Melanoma was untreatable, there was no medical treatment for it. People were suffering, hoping to have some source of treatment that can cure this weird disease. The color is not depends on how bad the disease is, instead it depends on which kind of disease you get. There are different colors of dots you might see, there is dark red, purple, brown, black, orange, yellow and flesh. You would feel itchy and maybe bleed. Nowadays, skin cancer is really common in the United States. People are paying more attention to their protection from sun exposure. Usually, white people tend to be the highest risks group of people that have the high risk of getting skin cancer. People might think that because white people want to look tan so they expose themselves under the sunshine too much. The answer is actual “no.” If you have skin cancer, there is no daily living problem in your life. Skin cancer is not like another disease. You can still walk, run and do whatever you want. However, if you found out you had skin cancer and it’s already an advanced stage of it, you definitely have problems. Avoiding sun exposure is good for your healthy, prevent from getting skin cancer. You would not get skin cancer if a skin cancer carrier touches you. If you live in places like California, you should always wear sunblock even if it is winter. High UV radiation can destroy your skin tissue quickly.
